Monroe Union Community Development Corporation Recognized as Top Producer for CPLP Financing

Monroe Union Community Development Corporation was recognized on June 4 for its partnership with the NC Housing Finance Agency as one of the top rural producers for the Community Partners Loan Pool.

In attendance were Josh Burton of the NC Housing Finance Agency, who presented the certificate to Isabelle Gillespie and Carlos Santiago, who closed five CPLP loans in 2017 and four in 2018 with three more in progress. Counting all programs, Monroe Union Community Development Corporation has participated in, they have assisted 137 families with Agency programs since 2003.
