Learn how to help your first-time home buyers realize their dreams. The “Financing Dreams” course provides in-depth coverage of the Agency’s programs, including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process and how the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency can help you help your customers buy their first home. This class provides Realtors with 4 hours of CE credit and the opportunity to be listed on our website as a Preferred Realtor for 3 years.
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission does not approve, endorse or certify any specialty designations in conjunction with course approval. NCREC only approves the course for CE credit. Students should check with the education provider regarding the accrediting body of any designation.
