Groundbreaking Event for Abbott Crossing on September 11 in Goldsboro

RALEIGH—A groundbreaking ceremony will be held for Abbott Crossing in Goldsboro on September 11. Abbott Crossing will provide 48 new, affordable apartments for working families in the area thanks to an innovative new partnership between the NC Housing Finance Agency and the Golden LEAF Foundation in an effort to finance affordable workforce housing in North Carolina.

Developed by Wallick Asset Management, Inc., Abbott Crossing was financed with federal Housing Credits allocated by the NC Housing Finance Agency and $2 million in subordinate loans from the Golden LEAF Foundation.
