Webinar-based training for Processors and Underwriters that require access to our Online Lender System (OLS) for the NC Home Advantage Mortgage™, the NC 1st Home Advantage Down Payment and the NC Home Advantage Tax Credit programs. Learn the basics of the programs, how to process and underwrite a loan, understand origination and closing forms as well as timelines for delivery of closed loan files. Only Processor and Underwriters that require online OLS access to our systems are required to attend.  This class is NOT for Loan Officers or Loan Officer Assistants.

The Agency's programs for home buyers are available in all 100 NC counties and are designed for first-time home buyers, certain qualifying veterans or those purchasing in a targeted census tract. Before processing or underwriting these programs, processors and underwriters must attend this webinar.
