NC Housing Finance Agency Presents Winston-Salem Loan Officer with Top Award

Ashley McKenzie-Sharpe has been named Top Loan Officer for 2013 by the NC Housing Finance Agency. This is her first Top Loan Officer Award from the Agency.

McKenzie-Sharpe is a senior loan officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. and the branch manager for mortgage lending at Members Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC. She originated 86 NC Housing Finance Agency mortgages in 2013, including loans in the 10-month-old NC Home Advantage Mortgage™ program, out-performing 2,000 mortgage originators in more than 80 banks and mortgage companies statewide that participate in Agency programs.
