A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today for Craven Terrace in New Bern. This project involved comprehensive rehabilitation of 313 apartments originally built right after World War II. Redevelopment was financed through the RAD process and with Private Activity Bonds. In attendance were Paul Kennedy of the Agency board of directors, Janet Bradbury of the office of Senator Burr, Adam Caldwell of the office of Senator Tillis and Mayor Dana Outlaw.
