This UPCS Inspection Training has been developed specifically for Owners, Regional Managers, Site Managers, Maintenance Technicians and other representatives of Multi-Family Housing properties. This training course introduces participants to North Carolina Housing Finance Agency?s Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) physical inspection protocol and procedures. The curriculum is designed to provide you with useful information and training material handouts about the UPCS Inspection Protocol and will familiarize you with what you can expect during the Agency?s monitoring physical inspection.
